サービス提供料金以外の必要料金 / Additional Fees
銀行振込手数料(お客様負担)、Stripe決済手数料(お客様負担)、暗号資産のネットワーク手数料(ガス代等・お客様負担)、その他個別に発生する費用については事前にお知らせいたします。

Services will be provided according to the agreed schedule following booking confirmation. Specific delivery timelines will be communicated during quotation and contract stages.
キャンセル・返金について / Cancellation & Refund Policy
旅行サービス手配の性質上、お客様都合によるキャンセル・返金は原則としてお受けできません。ただし、当方の責めに帰すべき事由がある場合はこの限りではありません。キャンセルポリシーの詳細は、個別契約時に書面にてご案内いたします。
Due to the nature of travel service arrangement, cancellations and refunds for customer convenience are generally not accepted. However, exceptions apply when circumstances are attributable to our responsibility. Detailed cancellation policies will be provided in writing at the time of individual contract.
